Location: In a historical Hutong in conservation (residential) zone in central Beijing, where there are some former residences of royal family members (Qing dynasty) and other notable people. Walking distance to several popular tourist attractions (Shichahai/Houhai lakes and bar area, Nanluoguxiang Lane, Bell & Drum Tower, Beihai Park close to Nanluoguxiang Lane, even walkable to the Forbiden City. Also walking distance to subway station (currently nearest station is Guloudajie, about 20 minutes walk - adult brisk walk speed).

Facilities: This is a no-smoking B&B. All rooms have western style WC. Three en-suite bathrooms, 1 sharing bathroom (only with 2 B&B staff), dinning room (including a common guest fridge). Guest common computer. Air conditioning in most of rooms. Heating in every room. All rooms have TV,  safe, water cooler. Common DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine. Free internet access in each room. Deluxe Suite A has it's own private living room

Services:
* Pick-up / drop off (AIRPORT ONLY): 150 RMB (22 USD) for 1~2 persons (after 22:00 arrival 200 RMB). 250 RMB (37 USD) for 3~5 (after 22:00 arrival is 300 RMB).

* Day trip car hire including the driver (BOOK 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE):

Trip to Great Wall trip (only transport + driver, no professional tour guide to explain), 3 options:

Either Mutianyu Great Wall + Ming Tomb or Badaling Great Wall + Ming Tomb. Same price 1000 RMB (for 1 -3 people). 200 RMB for each additional person.

Drop off at Jinshanling section and pick up from Simatai section (or otherway round). Price 1200 RMB (for 1 - 3 people), 200 RMB for each additional person.

 It usually takes about 4 hours for tourists to climb/walk from one section to another section.

Other services: Room service, landry, free left luggage, Lunch or dinner (book in advance), bike rental, free ticket booking service (guest should be present). Check out time is 12:00 midday. Check in can be any time as long as the room is ready.

DAY TRIP SERVICE ALSO NEED TO ARRANGE WITH THE B&B OWNER ON ARRIVAL.

Booking Terms: A small deposit is required to reserve the room (10% of total amount).

Payment method: Deposit should be paid by credit card when you make the booking; Balance should be paid in Chinese cash at the B&B on arrival (this B&B cannot take credit card payment).
