Location: On YANDAI XIEJIE which is most popular tourist area - SHICHAHAI scenic area (three lakes), just a few minutes walk to the Drum Tower, also a few minutes walk to YINDING Bridge and HOUHAI lakes, where you can take boats in summer or skate in winter. 10 minutes walk to Beihai Park (back gate). Even possible to walk to Jingshan Park & The Forbidden City (about half an hour). There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, souvenir shops. Near a bank and a department store too. About 10 - 15 min walk to nearest subway/underground station - GULOUDAJIE. Within a couple of minutes walk, you can get number of buses. 2-3 minutes to an Internet Cafe.

Facilities: All rooms have air-conditioning and private bathroom (shower), free internet access in the room (free using hotel PC in common area). Roof top cafe/beer area, sitting here you can overlook Shichahai lakes and the traditional Beijing courtyard houses. Also can see the Bell Towner & Drum Tower. Rooms cannot add extra bed.

Services: Check in time can be start at 07:00 am, as long as the room is ready. Otherwise you can leave your luggage at the reception. Check out time should be before 12:00 midday. Major credit cards accepted. NO pick up service available.

Note about checking in: Full amount of the remaining balance is required on arrival (major credit cards accepted). Alternatively, you can pay 1 day ahead each day if you like. Also, there will be 100 RMB surety is required (per room), this surety should be in Chinese cash. Sometimes the hotel staff call it “deposit”. You will get this surety back when you hand in your room key when check out (if there is no any damage in the room).

Booking terms: A small deposit is required to reserve the room (15% of total amount). Online bookings require 7 days in advance. Otherwise please inquire availability and we will book by emails (requires 3 days notice).
