History: This property is famous for its imperial living taste of the Qing dynasty with a history of nearly 170 years. The original owner of this large private house was a Grand General Zeng Ge Lin Qin in Qing dynasty, who invested in building this typical quadrangle courtyard and living here while he carried out some top official duties, such as Defence Minister. General Zeng Ge Lin Qin played a very important role in the military history of mid 19th century China (Qing Dynasty). Original General Zeng Lin Qin's courtyard mansion was much bigger. The hotel is only a part of the property, it has one main courtyard and 4 more courtyards. As integrated part of former prince Zeng’s residence which is listed as prior antiquity under special safekeeping of the government of China in Beijing. Lu Song Yuan hotel has become the only typical accommodation where you may enjoy the fantastic taste of the imperial family of China during the Qing Dynasty.

Booking Terms: A small deposit is required to reserve the room (30 - 50 RMB per room/night). Online bookings require at least 7 days in advance. We do not take short notice bookings.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy:

1. If a cancellation is made 7 days or more days before original arrival date, 10 USD cancellation fee will be retained from your original deposit. We will refund the remaining part. For the deposit amounts of less than 10 USD, no refund can be made.

2. Short notice cancellation (less than 7 days) or no show, deposit cannot be refunded.

3. Refunds are only possible via the same method as the Payment - if via your Paypal account then we refund to the same account. If credit card payments via the Paypal site - refund will be via Paypal to the same card. Phone card payments - refund only possible to the same credit card number.
